240 and 340: 1967 - 1969

The Jaguar 240 and 340 saloons, produced from 1967 to 1969, represent the final evolution of the beloved Jaguar Mk 2 series. Retaining the graceful, compact saloon body and luxurious interior appointments, these models offered either a 2438 cc or 3442 cc straight-six engine. The 240 featured subtle refinements and improved value, while the 340 delivered more spirited performance with the larger engine. Blending British craftsmanship with smooth, capable powertrains, the 240 and 340 provided a stylish and engaging drive in a practical four-door form.
