MG TA: 1936 - 1939

The MG TA, produced from 1936 to 1939, is the first of MG’s celebrated T-series sports cars, setting the template for lightweight, driver-focused motoring. Powered by a 1292 cc four-cylinder engine paired with a four-speed gearbox, the TA delivered spirited performance for its era, wrapped in elegant coachbuilt lines and a comfortable two-seat layout. Renowned for its responsive handling, refined ride, and classic pre-war styling, the TA remains a distinguished icon of 1930s British sports-car engineering.
