The Mk X 3.8 was manufactured from October 1961 to September 1964, when the Mk X was fitted with a 4.2 engine (manufactured until December 1966).
The designation was changed from Mk X to 420G, the production of which continued until August 1970. The changes to the Mk X were cosmetic only.
Always be careful with this application as this model does not have an axle and so the wheels fit straight onto the stub axle. They do attract an excess of splash on the inside and if not properly maintained rusting could be a problem.
Always check the history of the vehicle to ensure that there have been no modifications to the running gear.
Hubs/splines, spinners and nuts remain the same, unless noted otherwise, regardless of which wheel is fitted.
We also stock wire wheel maintenance accessories such as our Cleaning Kit (Refills available) and Cleaning Brush.
