Shipping
We ship/post items Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) using three carriers in an effort to minimise your shipping costs. Our current carriers include:
- Australia Post – for smaller/lighter items
- Toll IPEC – for larger/bulkier/heaver items to all states & territories in Australia except Western Australia
- Bohaul Express – for larger/bulkier/heavier items to Western Australia.
Items are sent from our warehouse located in Victoria and a tracking number (for Australia Post and Toll IPEC) can be provided upon request once your item has been dispatched.
